You’ve got the impossible pull up, where you need to go up for 1 minute and go down for 1 minute, this is insanely hard. The impossible push up is a 3-minute push up where you need to go down for 1 minute 30 seconds and then up for one minute 30 seconds.

  • Yeah I did the challenge with correct posture and it kills first time on about 30 seconds so I ask you guys to not do it too a half mesure by leaning your chest so far forward ay!😉 All and all great channel loved the 200 pushups 30 days video.... But I'll have to say again you pulled some effort out of the challenge due to poor posture! Idk how much you can compare if you aren't doing the whole exercise!😅
