    • Do this every day 2-3 times a day in single day morning, afternoon and evening but it depends to your comfortable time to make that and see the different result in few months to your body transformation seriously sir told me my friends because he learn that how many years to focus that emom challenge in full range of motion with push up and squat and you finish that level 1 to level 10 emom challenge you are awesome but the processing that to level 1 up to 10 level start the easy level like the level 1 because you start level 10 the last one is hard for you to finish that because it is possible to beat that in one day but as long as you can fine but you injure because you not follow the process simple because the important thing understand the concept of your training to focus that not the advice of the people because you are the only one to understand your situation or handle your personal ablity not the ability the other people only you but if you provided before or after finishing the emom challenge to add weights,add plank workout, and neck workout it's okay before or after of your workout as long as you can because to increase your ability to your body like core,stamina,endurance and cardio vascular, strength, agility, intelligence,like the game in dota.But before or after during you do that the emom or the add workout must've warm-up and stretching,to be safe on injury but to your rest and stretching before or after I don't no it depends on your fitness level to make that as you can to your body before or after thank you for your consideration understand or not.Last way do that in proper form not improper form because you make that in wrong way do you not believe in yourself?
