10,000 pushups in a month, you’re probably thinking: that is way too much, that can’t be healthy.
Yeah. you’re right. But for the sake of science, I had to try it.
I let my best friends and brother do 200 pushups a day for 30 days, and actually all of them saw similar results even though they all had different levels of experience.
But I can’t stay behind and I had to go next level for next level gains, maybe? Hopefully? This is going to be painful, this better be worth it
And it was.. here is my journey, and if you should or shouldn’t do it.

I used to do between 1600-1800 push-ups every week day, I’d start not long after returning home from work & would do push-ups during commercials until I went to bed. When I started, I could barely do 10 push-ups, by the time co-workers noticed a change & I was being asked about my workout routine. I honestly didn’t know. I did know that I could do between 65-75 push-ups during the span of most commercials keeping a solid pace without loosing good form or pushing to fast. I would change up my hand placement, sometimes doing dive-bombers, sometimes diamond push-ups, parallel to my shoulders at 90 degrees, sometimes tucked in close to my chest, some inclined, etc. Doing so focused on other areas minimizing fatigue as I rotated through the night, I counted them out loud recording each set & totaling up the nights count. I did this for two weeks to reach the average range previously mentioned. After a while, I started incorporating lat pulls & pull ups into my commercial break workout routine, my push-up count decreased to 40-50 reps eventually as I went from 2 pull-ups to being able to do 40 wide grip full form pull-ups. I’m 57 now & 5 almost 6 years ago suffered a dramatic injury to my left shoulder requiring surgery. I have regained about 98% full motion. I can still do about 20 regular push-ups & almost 10 diamonds but both take a large effort. I’d like to get back to where I once was but IDK if that’s realistic especially since I don’t watch TV or get local programming. Yet I need to shed 20lbs, put on a little more muscle & get in good general condition again. Getting started & keeping committed is difficult but I know it’s doable & the toughest will be the first 2-4 weeks.

I started training for a better body on January 1st, I’m also a teenager, 13 years old. I started off at being able to do 2 perfect pushups. On February 25th, I can now do 13 perfect pushups. I will edit this hopefully every month on the 25th.

@Panda To be honest It really doesn't make you bigger after a while now it's just an endurance workout you shouldn't do workouts failure to build muscle you should give it time to grow so do maybe 20 reps 10 times every day after a month make it 30x10

master in my opinion in your right hand super strong in pronation hook cupping combination with the center and lower of hand grip it means over the lower hand like the hook but upper that in front your face backward and to left hand super strong in your pronation cupping with top roll of hand grip it means she is over the top and to defense,offense it's okay but more train the wrist or wrist curl to add wieghts to that's hand grip and finger with hand grip training and pull up with variation of chin up and regular pull up alternate that exercise and to wieghts bicep curl and reverse curl the same in pull up to inverse and reverse but before or after that it's okay to add your training in strong man like dead lift and shoulder press but do not apply in arm wrestling training because she is useless at all about to significantly in training of arm wrestling and not specifically but it depends to your choice if you like that training to yourself as you can to your body or invented your training in that way to wide your imagination said me of my friends because told me he feels you to become arm wrestling champion and do that to possibly key to you thank you gob bless you and good luck .

If you are below 18 and/or not already pretty physically fit, please please please do not attempt this challenge. This challenge is so hard on your shoulder, elbow and wrist joints. Doing this could cause permanent injury to anyone who hasn't already built up their joints and tendons

I have just seen some of zour older transformation videos, where you complain about sitting all day when working (cutting vids etc). But also a few months ago I saw a video of a programmer complaining about it. He solved the problem with a pretty high table and a treadmill. Maybe that will help you too ! He said it was about a month until he felt comfortable with working while walking.
