10,000 pushups in a month, you’re probably thinking: that is way too much, that can’t be healthy.
Yeah. you’re right. But for the sake of science, I had to try it.
I let my best friends and brother do 200 pushups a day for 30 days, and actually all of them saw similar results even though they all had different levels of experience.
But I can’t stay behind and I had to go next level for next level gains, maybe? Hopefully? This is going to be painful, this better be worth it
And it was.. here is my journey, and if you should or shouldn’t do it.
